About Kayla

Hey there! I’m Kayla Powell—a Christian, wife, storyteller, writer, and photographer. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, alongside my younger brother, in a loving home where I was introduced to faith at an early age through both church and meaningful relationships.

I now live in Colorado with my wonderful husband, Dalton. Whether I’m writing or behind the camera, my passion is telling stories that remind people of God’s faithfulness. I believe words can encourage hearts, and photographs can preserve the moments that matter most.

God has given each of us a story. Mine is still being written, and it’s my joy to help preserve the stories He is writing in others through both words and pictures.
